Rebel Custom Guitars’ “V-90 Hybrid!”

Introducing the prototype ‘ “V90 HYBRID” !
This is a blend of ACTIVE and PASSIVE circuitry with a pre-amp that provides 15dB (+ or -) across 3 bands (10Kh, 600h & 400h) to bring out the best of the magnificent P90’s by Dominger Custom Pickups  in USA.

Body is Mahogany with Tiger Maple Top, Maple Neck, unique Tiger Maple Binding around Body, Neck and Head, Ebony Fretboard, Stainless Frets, Grover Tuners, Custom Roller Bridge and Stop and 3 * Push/Pulls for Series, Out of Phase and Pre-Amp Activation.

Being a TRUE Hybrid, the Master tone works in PASSIVE mode to produce authentic vintage tones, AND in ACTIVE mode across the 3 bands for further tone control.

There is even a test LED to check the status of the battery, but unlike any other pre-amped guitar, if the battery fails, the guitar goes on! That’s the power of Hybrid!

The guitar comes with a made to order hard case.

Note that the item was built as a prototype in 2017 for a new series, and it has never been used on stage, or in a studio. It was also featured in a photoshoot with Aussie guitarist Dennis Val from Love Child.  As a prototype, it has some minor imperfections like a missing truss rod cover, however this can be replaced and none of these affect the playability or tone of the guitar. Also, being prototype, this guitar is 1 of 1!

Tone is very vintage thanks to the custom windings on the P-90 pickups by Dominger Custom Pickups.
