Rebel Custom Guitars’ Tele Shaped “Triaina” in Sea Foam Green / Blue with Custom Humbuckers

The Rebel Custom Guitars new series “Triaina!” (Greek for Poseidon’s Trident).

Looking like it has endured centuries of ocean battering, the Sea Foam Blue/Green hue sits on a matched Spalted Maple top over a Solid (Chambered) Mahogany body matched to a Mahogany neck with Mother of Pearl Trident inlay and Ebony Fretboard with stainless frets.

The body is chambered for weight relief but also for Bass Response, Resonance and Sustain which it has bucket loads of !

The bridge is made up of custom `singles’ and the control knobs are custom brass with special Ancient Greek themed etching.

Besides the distressed appearance – to appear that it has endured millennia in the Ocean at the hands of the God Poseidon- the top also features a special Poseidon Tattoo engraving.

The high output humbucker pickups are custom by Dominger Custom Pickups measuring around 13k for Neck and 18k for Bridge. There is also special wiring via clever custom 6 position toggle switch and 4 * Push/Pull pots that provide Coil Split for Single Coil of each humbucker independently, Parallel / Series for each Humbucker’s coils independently, Parallel / Series Master for the Humbuckers together in Middle Position and also a very cool Out of Phase to emulate some of the vintage tones of Peter Green and Jimmy Page.

Designed for Heavy Metal and all the Metal variants, Triaina can just as easily handle all types of Rock, and with the special custom wiring, any kind of Blues be it modern or vintage including P-90 and Single Coil tones.

Guitar is sold without case, however one can be added for a further $AUD150.

Although listed as USED, Triaina has been rarely used since build in July 2021, but only to break in the strings and never played outside of the home. It has minor light scratches in the finish.
